Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College is a government medical school in Bangladesh that was established in 1992. It is located in Bogura town and is affiliated with the University of Rajshahi. The college offers a 5-year medical education course leading to an MBBS degree. After graduation, all graduates are required to complete a one-year internship. The degree is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.

Initially, the college collaborated with Mohammad Ali Hospital in Bogura, but in 2006, a new hospital and college campus were constructed on the outskirts of Bogura city. The campus is named after Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, who was born in Bogura. The new campus at Silimpur started its journey on August 31, 2006. The number of students admitted to the college increased from around 50 to about 150 since 2005.

The college has various faculty and staff members, including the principal, vice-principal, professors, associate professors, assistant professors, curators, lecturers, pathologists, biochemists, pharmacists, health educators, administrative officers, technicians, laboratory assistants, and auxiliary staff.

The college provides facilities such as two boys' halls, two girls' halls, a playground, a volleyball court, a badminton court, a mosque, and a canteen. Every year, several students from this college participate in professional examinations under Rajshahi University. The current principal is Professor Dr. Ahsan Habib, who heads the Department of Community Medicine.

In the upcoming years, a new dental unit will be opened at the college. Foreign students from countries like Pakistan, Bhutan, and Nepal also come here to study MBBS. The college has produced many doctors who have become established professionals in various fields of medicine. It also offers post-graduation degrees such as Diploma in Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Cardiology, ENT, and more. Additionally, one of the three cancer institutes in Bangladesh is situated here.
