EIIN Number Online Apply Process

 Here Full Process of EIIN Number Apply and Form Fill Up

Read the carefully and fill up EIIN form in online to get your Education institute Identification Number. 

Before filling the online EIIN application form, the image of the educational institution should be scanned, the resolution of the image should be maximum 1024 * 1024 pixels and .jpg format.

The teaching consent letter of the Ministry of Education, copy of the teaching permit issued by the Board of Education, copy of the application for EIIN along with Director General Banbase should be scanned in separate file in .jpg format.

After filling the information table of BanbaseJorp, the complete form should be scanned in 1 file in .pdf format by taking the counter-signature of the concerned Upazila Secondary Education Officer and District Education Officer. The size of the file should not exceed 5 MB in any case.

EIIN of 4 similar educational institutions on all four sides of the institution, distance and direction with the institution. You have to collect and enter online.

You have to collect the latitude and longitude of the organization and enter online. In this case you have to follow the detailed description on the next page.

Fill in the online EIIN form and submit the application and documents to the online EIIN at www.banbeis.gov.bd. As soon as the application is submitted, the tracking number and password will be sent via SMS to the mobile number of the organization. The location of the application can be known later with the online tracking number and password.

To know the status of the application and to collect the EIIN certificate you need to save the tracking number password.

After final approval, SMS will be sent to mobile with EIIN again. Click on the online EIIN on the site www.banbeis.gov.bd. Click on the Institute Tracking Menu to print the EIIN certificate with the previously sent tracking number password.

The cooperation of the concerned Upazila Secondary Education Officer and Assistant Programmer of UITRCE will be available in this regard.

What to do if the application is sent back to your organization's mobile?

Click on EIIN online at www.banbeis.gov.bd. Click on the Institute Tracking Menu and enter the previously sent tracking number with the password. Click the Edit button in the top right corner to complete the required work and click the Submit button.

Note: EIIN of independent Ebtedayi Madrasa, Independent Technical Education Institution Basic 360 Hour Training Center and English Medium School is not provided.

Show the values (write the values in the notebook or save with the screen shot) then move left with your finger. Save and see outside, tap on it with your finger.

The Establishment of Integrated Educational Information Management System (IEIMS) of the Ministry of Education held a zoom meeting with the Regional Directors and District Education Officers yesterday afternoon. The Ministry of Education has announced the date for appearing at the educational institution with various documents including online birth registration certificate to create a unique database of students studying in 6th to 12th class. But the suffering of students and parents is exacerbated when it comes to online birth registration. Finally, the program was suspended at noon yesterday, saying that the provision of information on the issue of providing unique IDs to students and to submit to the educational institution with online birth registration at the scheduled time has caused suffering for students and parents, including health risks. The process of filling up the information sheet and collecting online birth registration certificates has been suspended till the training of teachers in this regard has been completed and the educational activities in the educational institutions have not started yet. It has been mentioned in the circular signed by the project director Prof. Mohammad Shamsul Alam that this program will be conducted in phases after the commencement of the educational activities

Birth certificate has been made mandatory for creating a unique database of school-college students. So people are going every day in the councilor and union council office. But due to poor internet connection, server down and technology problems, They are not getting birth registration certificate day after day. Thousands of students and their parents have suffered with the certificate. This suffering is due to not updating the manual birth certificate and server problems.

 

The government is creating a unit database of students from Six to Twelve class. Various information including birth registration certificate of each student, national identity card of the parents are being added to the database. Students from sent to each school-college to provide the information required for the online database. The birth registration certificate has created a crisis among the information searched from the school-college. Thousands of people have had to suffer while trying to get birth certificates online.

 

The new rules for submitting birth registration certificates to students have resulted in long lines at the UP chairman and every councilor's office in the city. People are not able to complete the birth registration process even after trying from morning till night as the server is down. On the other hand, millions of people have only one computer in each union or ward. An operator in that ward has to verify the data and record it. In this way, even if the server is OK, it takes thirty minutes to record each birth registration.

 

Every good deed is a little hard work. The current suffering will not last long. Once the issue of birth registration of students is resolved, it will become a big task. A large number of students no longer have to deal with this crisis in life. This database will play a big role in building a digital Bangladesh.

According to a source close to the Ministry of Education, the creation of a unique database of school-college students across the country is a project of Benbez. This project has not yet been inaugurated. The project is scheduled to be inaugurated on June 6.
